The 2020 Pandemic lead to me building my own studio in the garden of our cottage.

Based in the beautiful Broadland Village of Salhouse my log cabin studio is equipped with all the equipment we need for a fun and challenging workout.

I am mum to a 'high energy' boy. We love the great outdoors, especially water sports... sailing and surfing mixed with a bit of roller skating are his favourites.
